About Feeding Families AL

Feeding Families of Alabama is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Hartselle, AL. Started by E’dee Grun in the old Mt Tabor Church building, our food pantry has been committed to supporting local families since 2015.

Rooted in values of dignity, compassion, and mutual aid, we believe that no family should have to face hunger alone. We work tirelessly with local donors, volunteers, and community partners to provide food assistance and a source of love and hope for families in need.

Our regular services include Open Pantry days on the second Monday of every month, and our 24/7 Blessing Boxes which provide emergency assistance. We additionally participate in and organize special events, see our calendar and upcoming events. Also check out the Feeding Families Alabama Facebook Page and our FAQ for common questions!
