Today, April 1st, would have been the 12th birthday of our beloved Handsome. Though he didn’t quite make it to this special day, his spirit and legacy remain strong here at Feeding Families of Alabama. Handsome loved his role as our official pantry mascot, enthusiastically greeting visitors and joyfully participating in our events. Each year on his birthday, he proudly hosted a food drive, happily welcoming everyone who came by to drop off donations.
So in his honor, we are holding a peanut butter drive at Feeding Families of Alabama (peanut butter was his FAVORITE food!)
If anyone would like to donate peanut butter to the Food Pantry in honor of Handsome and all the love and happiness he brought to the world, I know it would have made him proud.
