We are so excited to announce two more brand-new fitness clubs here at Feeding Families of Alabama! These programs are designed to bring our community together through movement, fun, and friendship—all in a safe, supportive environment. And the best part? They’re completely free!
Kicks and Kids Fitness Club
This new club is designed especially for girls ages 10–14. Led by Coach Aneja Raiteri (Coach Nene), each session will be a fun, beginner-friendly workout just for the girlies.
- When: Second Tuesday of each month, beginning October 14, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Where: Feeding Families Community Room
- Who: Girls ages 10–14 (parents are welcome to sit in and watch!)
- Cost: Absolutely free
Kids should wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes—no special gear is needed. Feeding Families will provide bottled water and healthy snacks. This is a wonderful activity for home-schooled children, but all kids are welcome (especially during school breaks).
If there’s enough interest and participation, we may expand the schedule in the future!
Forever Fit Club
For our ladies under 55, we are thrilled to introduce the Forever Fit Fitness Club. This is a high energy, low impact fitness class that can be done from a chair or standing.
- When: Second Tuesday of each month, beginning October 14, from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Where: Feeding Families Community Room
- Who: Women under 55
- Cost: Free, with all equipment provided
Feeding Families will provide bottled water and healthy snacks to keep everyone refreshed. You just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, tennis shoes, and your good energy!
