We’re excited to share that Feeding Families has received a grant from the Arby’s Foundation to help support our mission across North Alabama.

This gift will help us keep the pantry shelves stocked, the Blessing Boxes full, and our community partnerships growing! We are so thankful to the Arby’s Foundation for investing in this work and helping us grow our impact.

Working Alongside the Decatur Youth Enrichment Center

This spring, our wonderful volunteers have been preparing lunches for about 50 students who go straight from school to evening tutoring sessions, along with meals for their teachers. In addition to lunches and desserts for the week, we have also sent extra snacks home with the students each evening.

This week will be our last week serving the Decatur Youth Enrichment Center for this school year, but we have all thoroughly enjoyed doing this every week and are excited to do it again next school year!
